Program Associate Miguel Yanez gave a presentation on EESI's On-Bill Financing Project at the 2017 American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE) Energy Efficiency Finance Forum, held May 21- 23 in Chicago. The presentation was part of a panel on "Overcoming Energy Efficiency Finance Barriers in Rural America."
