EESI’s How-to Guide: Launching an On-Bill Financing Program

EESI concluded the Access Clean Energy Savings Program and ended its technical service offerings in December 2025.

Over the course of 16 years, EESI helped launch 42 on-bill financing programs in 22 states and territories. EESI helped facilitate financing for more than 5,000 clean energy projects totaling more than $185 million. Read more about our highly successful on-bill financing project.
