COP31 Announcement Tracker: Key Announcements from the 2026 UN Climate Summit

Throughout the 2026 UN climate summit (COP31) in Antalya, Türkiye, a number of agreements, declarations, and collaborations will be announced on a range of climate, environmental, and energy topics. EESI will be tracking the happenings of COP31 through our newsletter, COP31 Dispatch: What Congress Needs to Know from Antalya. This article will provide a compilation of the announcements included in COP31 Dispatch.

Announcements made by world leaders related to nationally determined contributions (NDCs)—the commitments nations make under the Paris Agreement to cut their greenhouse gas emissions—will not be included in this tracker. That information can be found in the Climate Action Tracker, through ClimateWatch, or in the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change's official registry.

These announcements will be organized by key themes.
