On-Bill Financing: an Innovative Approach for Energy Efficiency Finance

Program Associate Miguel Yanez gave a presentation on EESI's On-Bill Financing Project at the National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO) Western Region and Territory Energy Offices meeting, held April 18-19 in Boise, Idaho. The presentation was part of the "Energy Efficiency Financing Models and Roles for Stale and Local Cooperation" panel. The meeting was attended by representatives from western state energy offices (including commonwealth territories such the Northern Marianna Islands) and representatives from the Department of Energy.
