The BCO (Bioenergy, Climate Protection, Oil Reduction) newsletter (formerly known as "ECO") is written to provide the most current information about ethanol, biofuels, biomass and serve as a public forum.  The Environmental and Energy Study Institute (EESI) hopes to build consensus within the environmental community regarding the potential benefits of biofuels – and particularly the expanded opportunities provided by cellulosic ethanol – with a special focus on climate protection.
