The American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE), the House
and Senate Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Caucuses and
the Environmental and Energy Study Institute (EESI) invite you
to the “Renewable Energy in America: Policies for Phase
II” conference - the second forum in a three-year series to
address the implementation of renewable energy in the United
States. This forum will illuminate the new policy
options at all levels of government to increase the use of
renewable energy to 20%-30%-40% of US energy by
2020-2030-2040, which will supply domestic energy, enhance
national security, create economic growth and jobs, improve
our environmental and human health, and mitigate climate
change.
We encourage your participation in this timely event
highlighting the opportunities and challenges to be addressed
in implementing renewable energy policy around the country.
Come listen to national leaders with technical, financial and
regulatory expertise; learn about the renewable energy
policies that must accommodate
the breadth of differences across the United States; meet
peers from around the country who are putting clean and
domestic sources of energy to use; and discuss ideas for the
next round of national energy legislation.
