EESI Awarded Top-Ranked – Superstar Status by GlobalGiving

EESI is thrilled to announce that GlobalGiving—a crowdfunding platform that gives donors an opportunity to support a wide variety of projects—has awarded two types of recognition to EESI: Top Ranked – Superstar status and Vetted Organization.

EESI’s project is the top-rated climate project on the GlobalGiving platform. EESI is thrilled that so many GlobalGiving users—and the crowdfunding platform itself—have recognized the value and impact of EESI’s project on GlobalGiving, “Engaging with Congress on Energy and Climate.” In the four years EESI has been on the GlobalGiving platform, GlobalGiving donors have made 738 donations to our project—almost $70,000 in total! The Vetted Organization designation shows that we perform our activities in a transparent and accountable manner, and meet requirements for registration with our local government.
